BUILT 1952

The Rockford Building was built in 1952 for Gardener Welding and has been restored into a hub of creative studios. Studios are 450 sq. ft. including loft, skylight, and standard commercial amenities. Our vision was to create a convergence of creative professionals in the heart of Coeur d’Alene.

We host a variety of artists, creators, and designers and invite you to come visit us during an Art Walk or if you are in the area. We’re open seven days a week and you can walk through and see what everyone is working on.
